What is the Thing You Most Wish You Were Great At?

I wish I was great a losing weight, I wish that I could find a plan, lifestyle change, diet or program and be able to stick to it forever and continue to lose and then maintain a weight that I’m happy with.

  1. Thanks, I actually do have a work out buddy, she does help to motivate me though sometimes our schedules to not match up – but her support is keeping me motivated.

    Have you tried joining a toast masters club in your area? That might help with your public speaking!
