What is the Thing You Most Wish You Were Great At?
I wish I was great a losing weight, I wish that I could find a plan, lifestyle change, diet or program and be able to stick to it forever and continue to lose and then maintain a weight that I’m happy with.

Jen, something that helps me a lot is having a work out buddy. We can usually hold each other accountable. Have you tried one? I wish I was naturally good at public speaking. (something I’m working on now)

Thanks, I actually do have a work out buddy, she does help to motivate me though sometimes our schedules to not match up – but her support is keeping me motivated.
Have you tried joining a toast masters club in your area? That might help with your public speaking!

I am right there with you! I am looking for my “soulmate” lifestyle change. Whatever it is, it will be sustainable AND realistic. We WILL find it. We WILL ACHIEVE our goals!
